House Rules for a Comfortable Stay

To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect the following guidelines during your stay:

  • No smoking is allowed inside the house or on the balcony.
  • Only paying guests are allowed on the premises – no day visitors.
  • No parties or events are permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette gatherings.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please keep noise to a minimum.
  • No pets allowed.

Cleanliness & Waste Policy

Help us keep the beach house clean and eco-friendly:

  • Fishy waste (prawns, mussels, crayfish) must be disposed of in the ocean – not in bins.
  • No strong-smelling seafood is allowed in the fridge.
  • Use water sparingly – it’s a precious resource in our region.
  • Clean all dishes before departure.
  • Use bins provided and place full garbage bags in the green bin outside (black bags provided).

Windows, Blinds & Security

Handle blinds gently and ensure hands are clean.

On windy days, close windows or pull up blinds to prevent damage.

Always lock all doors, close windows, and set the alarm when leaving the house.

Upon checkout, please ensure:

      o All windows are closed

      o All doors are locked

      o Blinds are down
